License

Our iOS apps are licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard App Store terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Website content is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps.
• Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Use our content commercially without permission.

Educational Content

Apps such as Best Euchre Cheat Coach and CardCountFit are provided strictly for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not encourage or condone cheating, fraud, or any illegal activity. Use of techniques described in our apps in real-world settings is solely at your own risk and discretion.

In-App Purchases

Some apps are available for purchase or contain paid features. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle payment information directly.

Limitation of Liability
